Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate event information (time, location, guest count, preferences).

• The client is responsible for ensuring safe use of the cart and is liable for any damage caused to the equipment during the event.

• A La Carte Santa Barbara is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or food allergies that may occur at your event. Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
